About the role
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives that advance Pfizer Digital’s product-centric operating model.
- Engage senior leaders across Pfizer to co-design and implement product team structures.
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI capabilities by embedding them into product workflows.
- Monitor and communicate progress through data-driven storytelling and leveraging KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or management consulting, preferably in a large, matrixed organization.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive enterprise-wide change and adoption of new ways of working.
- Strong understanding of product-centric operating models, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders (Director to VP level) to influence strategy, drive alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, including roadmap development, program planning, and change management.
