About the role
- Take ownership of customer outcomes across implementation, renewals, and expansion
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders and day-to-day users
- Partner closely with Implementation and Support teams
- Develop frameworks and processes for the Account Management function
- Create a tiered approach for customer coverage
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience owning renewals and expansion
- Understanding of regulated industrial organizations operations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build credibility with quality and operations stakeholders
- Executive presence to interact with senior leaders
- Systems and data oriented with disciplined CRM hygiene
