About the role
- Provide desktop or remote level support services in Microsoft Windows-based network environments
- Problem resolution and deploying IT solutions
- Work as part of a team based in Wallingford CT
- Providing remote and onsite services to clients throughout the northeast
- Handle customer issues and ensure superb customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Windows service roles
- Microsoft and Comptia certifications are preferable
- Proficient with Windows desktop operating systems
- Experience with Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 platform
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Cisco, and HP solutions are helpful
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to advance technical skills
- High school diploma required
- Higher level degree and/or certs desired
