About the role

  • Process CWCOT (Claims Without Conveyance of Title) Real Estate Owned (REO) property from assignment through closing.
  • Order the BPO and appraisal, listing/marketing the property, and negotiating offers.
  • Assign real estate agents and auction vendors for listing and marketing the asset.
  • Coordinate preservation work and obtain bids for health/safety and repair work.
  • Submit bids to the client for review and approval, follow up on timely completion.
  • Order and follow up on eviction process with attorney, agent, and client.
  • Obtain weekly occupancy updates from agents on occupied properties.
  • Coordinate lockouts and monitor redemption timelines.
  • Report vandalism and disasters for insurance claims.
  • Review of weekly Property Condition reports from the agent and recommend marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience as an REO Asset Manager and/or Closer
  • Proven track record of independent, analytical problem solving
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues within the system of record
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Perform mathematical computations and financial calculations
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet skills
  • Preferred Qualifications: BA degree in finance or business
  • Prior client management experience
  • 2 years of experience in Salesforce, KAM, Equator or ResNet
