About the role
- Develops and implements national operations activities related to supplies and services
- Management of supplies, ongoing performance management, as well as optimizing services of logistics providers
- Develops dashboards, quarterly business reviews, and enhancement reviews for continuous improvement efforts
- Makes recommendations to process and use of technologies to Sterile Processing leadership based on analytics and field associate feedback
- Supports the onboarding of new customers (Supply Chain associates, Sterile Processing associates, Surgery and Service Line leaders and clinicians) onto all software systems
- Supports the processes and system (Point-of-use solution, instrument tracking and Ascension Studios developed tools) troubleshooting
- Supports national sterile processing, surgical leaders, operations leaders and service line leaders to develop and support growth strategies, as well as operational and savings targets
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred)
- 4+ years of professional experience in data management, procure to pay systems, and/or operations demonstrating:
- People management
- Project management
- Operations
- Professional working proficiency of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
