  • Ability to track multiple operational reports, documents, and follow-ups.
  • Attention to Detail Ensuring documentation and operational records are accurate and properly maintained.
  • Proactive Communication Providing updates and raising concerns before operational issues escalate.
  • Coordination and Collaboration Working effectively with multiple departments and operational leaders.
  • Operational Awareness Understanding workflows within remote team operations and virtual workforce management.
