Systems Engineer

• Support and/or lead implementation, maintenance, configuration/parameterization and functional support activities for educational modules
• Ensure adherence to the institution's academic processes
• Perform analysis, configuration/parameterization and support of TOTVS RM Educacional in: course structures, curricular matrices and subjects, academic calendar, enrollment rules, course withdrawal/leave of absence, dependencies/prerequisites and credit recognition
• Interact with internal teams and clients via support tickets to address and align requirements
