Project management and monitoring
Plan, monitor, and update schedules, ensuring visibility of milestones, dependencies, and risks
Prepare periodic status reports for internal stakeholders and clients
Time tracking control
Coordinate and validate time entries of resources assigned to each request
Consolidate records, identify variances between planned and actual work, and notify managers when inconsistencies occur
Ensure traceability of effort by project, phase, and activity type
Backlog and request control
Support backlog management, prioritizing with the team and clients according to urgency and available capacity
Keep the board of active requests up to date
Risk and impediment management
Identify, record, and escalate risks and impediments that may compromise deliveries
Maintain the risk log up to date and support mitigation plans
Communication with clients and stakeholders
Maintain proactive contact with clients to align scope, deadlines, and expectations
Prepare meeting minutes, decision records, and progress communications

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technology project management or project analysis
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid frameworks
Experience with time tracking and team capacity management
Experience with software development or ERP (TOTVS) projects
Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello or similar)
Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets) for consolidation and analysis
Strong written and verbal communication, including report and presentation preparation
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously
