About the role
- Responsible for planning, sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and supplier management across assigned categories.
- Focus on software-driven hardware components that control energy storage system function.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Quality to align supply chain strategy with business objectives.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned material or service categories.
- Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with planning teams to forecast demand and establish inventory strategies.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–10 years of supply chain or procurement experience; experience with industrial, electrical, or energy-sector components preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract-management skills.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, forecasting tools, and supply chain analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
