About the role
- Take strategic responsibility for managing and developing assigned Key Accounts in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Identify and cultivate new prospective customers and actively grow the business
- Assume overall responsibility for sales, budget and P&L development on a contribution-margin (DB) basis
- Prepare and confidently conduct annual review meetings
- Negotiate terms and assortment with retail partners at decision-maker level
- Develop, manage and execute customer-specific marketing, promotion and activation initiatives
- Drive strategic and operational assortment management
- Plan and implement campaigns and measures independently and consistently
- Analyze sell-out/sales figures as well as market and competitor developments as part of your daily activities
- Analyze, interpret and present relevant KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action
Requirements
- You hold a university degree or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector, ideally in the beauty category
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in the analysis of sales figures, KPIs and market/competitor data
- An independent, structured working style combined with strong execution skills that convince both internal stakeholders and our customers
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
