Account Manager

• Take strategic responsibility for managing and developing assigned Key Accounts in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
• Identify and cultivate new prospective customers and actively grow the business
• Assume overall responsibility for sales, budget and P&L development on a contribution-margin (DB) basis
• Prepare and confidently conduct annual review meetings
• Negotiate terms and assortment with retail partners at decision-maker level
• Develop, manage and execute customer-specific marketing, promotion and activation initiatives
• Drive strategic and operational assortment management
• Plan and implement campaigns and measures independently and consistently
• Analyze sell-out/sales figures as well as market and competitor developments as part of your daily activities
• Analyze, interpret and present relevant KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action
