About the role

  • Prospecting, qualifying and generating new leads to support expanding the business
  • Developing and cultivating new relationships by identifying and engaging high potential leads across a variety of sources
  • Nurturing leads into new business accounts
  • Building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Managing data for new and prospective customers ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and relevant documents are attached
  • Conducting research to identify potential prospects and working with multiple team members to cultivate prospect lists
  • Following up on leads from key events or campaigns
  • Working with team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals
  • Collaborating with team members to identify emerging verticals and to conduct data-driven communication with prospects
  • Completing and reporting on assignments within the established timeframe

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or technical/scientific related field from an accredited college/university
  • Understanding of GMP principles and regulatory requirements in biopharma manufacturing is a plus
  • Capable of making 30+ phone calls and scheduling up to 5 appointments daily
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Must possess strong time management skills to be able to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure
  • Ability to effectively solve problems
  • Creative and able to adapt quickly to change
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with targeted display, mobile and video marketing strategies, social media, and traditional campaigns
  • Goal oriented with a strong drive to meet individual, team, and company goals
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license/passport for required travel
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce software preferred
  • Ability and willingness to work remotely
  • Reliable internet connectivity to support remote work including video calls
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
