About the role

  • Provide proactive support to guide customers through integration with Asaas's ERP system
  • Assist customers via chat, phone, and email to understand their needs and business requirements and recommend the best use of Asaas
  • Be responsible with information provided to customers and committed to resolving their issues
  • Work responsibly to meet assigned targets
  • Prioritize tasks and meet service completion deadlines

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of banking topics (payment methods and receivables anticipation/receivables advances)
  • Knowledge of tax invoices (Notas Fiscais)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Knowledge of integrations and APIs
  • Experience with Zendesk
