About the role

  • Work in partnership with Sales, Customer Success (CS) and Channels teams, understanding needs and opportunities
  • Support the creation and updating of playbooks, presentations, battlecards, objection-handling guides, commercial proposals, case studies and other sales enablement materials for Asaas products
  • Assist in conducting internal and customer research to capture objections, pain points and suggestions from the commercial team and translate them into improvements to materials and communications
  • Collaborate on segmenting and adapting content and materials for different target audiences and market verticals
  • Support trainings on the product portfolio, competitive differentiators, product roadmap and launches, together with the Sales Enablement team
  • Work with Product Managers and other Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to ensure alignment of initiatives across products, market and the commercial team’s needs
  • Contribute to the development of competitive analyses and enablement tools for commercial strategies
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, following alignments and priorities established by leadership
  • Assist in monitoring enablement metrics, such as material adoption, knowledge gaps and impact on sales
  • Collaborate on initiatives for channels and partners
  • Manage automated email sequences with the CRM team for clients, under guidance and in partnership with the commercial team
  • Support the development of offers and promotions, considering the specificities of each acquisition channel

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Product Marketing or related areas within technology companies (experience in SaaS is a plus)
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, playbooks, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in content segmentation and adapting materials for different audiences
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and building email flows/sequences
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and results-driven profile
  • Degree completed or in progress in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Engineering or related areas
