About the role

  • Cloud Platforms and Infrastructure Management:
  • - Strategic Administration: Configure and maintain SaaS platforms and security solutions such as Cloudflare (ZTNA) and Zendesk, handling integrations, configurations, and access policies.
  • - Proactive Monitoring: Continuously monitor the health of our applications and cloud networks to identify and resolve issues before they impact the business.
  • - Vendor and Service Management: Act as the technical interface with vendors, ensuring the quality of contracted services and leading problem resolution.
  • Process Automation and Innovation:
  • - Automation Development: Create and maintain scripts and API integrations to automate operational routines and other repetitive tasks.
  • - AI Implementation (AIOps): Research, test, and deploy Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational data analysis, predict failures, automate incident responses, and optimize routines.
  • - Evaluation of New Technologies: Conduct proofs of concept (PoCs) and technical evaluations of new platforms to keep the company at the technological forefront.
  • Projects and Information Security:
  • - Project Execution: Participate in planning and perform the technical execution of migrations and deployments of new systems and platforms, ensuring operational delivery from start to finish.
  • - Security Collaboration: Work in partnership with the Information Security team, implementing technical controls and directly participating in security incident response.
  • - Technical Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of architectures, processes, and knowledge bases, ensuring standardization and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT Operations: Professional experience as an Infrastructure Analyst, Systems Administrator, and/or in IT Operations roles.
  • Networking and Security: Strong knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) and network security concepts, with practical experience in Cloudflare (WAF/ZTNA) and firewalls.
  • Automation and Integrations: Experience consuming and integrating APIs and using automation tools (n8n, Make, or Zapier).
  • Projects and Deployments: Hands-on experience executing technical migrations and platform/system deployments, including conducting proofs of concept (PoCs) to evaluate new technologies.
  • SaaS Platforms: Experience administering SaaS platforms such as Zendesk (configuring flows, triggers, and automations) and security and monitoring tools (SentinelOne, NinjaOne).
  • Communication and Documentation: Ability to document processes clearly and communicate effectively with technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Location: Residence in Joinville, SC or surrounding area with availability to work in a hybrid model.
