About the role

  • Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous development of the ERP system
  • Support business units in using the ERP system
  • Train employees and create documentation
  • Record and handle incidents and requests (2nd-level support)

  • Participate in the implementation of new modules and applications

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training or degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in supporting ERP systems – preferably Mosaik
  • Understanding of business processes in claims handling/settlement
  • Analytical and structured working approach
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage
