About the role

  • Smooth operation of our IT infrastructures (on-premises, hybrid cloud (Azure), IaaS, SaaS)
  • Management, coordination, and oversight of external IT service providers
  • Handling of 1st and 2nd level support
  • Active participation in company-wide development and optimization of IT infrastructure and workplace services within strategic guidelines
  • Support in monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements in the IT area

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in system integration or a comparable field
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience operating modern IT infrastructures (on-premises, hybrid cloud (Azure/Entra), IaaS, SaaS) desirable
  • Knowledge of operational IT security, networking technologies, and managing external IT service providers is an advantage
  • Friendly and confident demeanor with internal and external stakeholders
  • Open communication and enjoyment of working in a team, plus the ability to motivate and inspire the team
  • Structured, reliable, and quality-conscious work style, and a high level of personal responsibility
