About the role

  • Advise and act as a sparring partner to regional management and leaders on all labor law, personnel and HR-strategic matters
  • Establish, manage and continuously develop efficient HR processes, structures and standards within a decentralized organization
  • Define, analyze and manage relevant HR KPIs and derive and track effective measures
  • Develop and implement performance, talent and succession processes within your area of responsibility
  • Lead and support employee discussions (e.g., development, conflict, disciplinary and termination meetings)
  • Provide functional leadership and development of the local HR team and contribute to day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting specialists and managers
  • Work closely with central HR to implement consistent HR strategies, systems and tools

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable strategic HR role
  • Experience providing strategic and operational advice to leaders up to management level
  • Excellent knowledge of labor and social security law and experience handling complex HR-related issues
  • Confident handling of modern HR systems, processes and HR metrics/KPIs
  • Strong hands-on mentality with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally
  • Confident, assertive presence and clear, audience-appropriate, solution-oriented communication
  • Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driving license are required
