• Perform real estate credit analysis of clients
• Monitor builders' systems daily to receive new cases/processes
• Track and organize documentation submitted by clients
• Prepare and update follow-up reports for processes
• Serve clients and brokers online (primarily via WhatsApp)
• Clarify questions and guide clients throughout the financing process
• Maintain active communication with brokers, builders and financial institutions
• Monitor the progress of proposals until contract formalization
