Work collaboratively with product, AI, and engineering teams to turn AI concepts into valuable products.
Develop systems leveraging computer vision/NLP deep learning models for healthcare use cases.
Help to guide the design & architecture of Artisight’s AI platform.
Lead cross-functional teams through development of AI powered solutions.
Study and transform data science prototypes.
Research, design, and implement scalable machine learning systems.
Develop machine learning applications according to requirements and ensure systems meet performance requirements.
Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results; train and retrain systems when necessary.
Extend existing libraries and frameworks.
Requirements
B.S. in a quantitative field such as computer science, data science, statistics, or related disciplines.
A minimum of 8 years as a hands-on practitioner developing software solutions of which 4+ years of experience is in AI production solutions.
A minimum 2+ years of people management experience in software development contexts.
Track record of successfully leading projects across multiple engineering, product, and business teams.
Deep knowledge and experience in applying AI, machine learning, quantitative methods, predictive modeling and other analytics frameworks and techniques.
Mastery of Linux
Strong partnering skills and technical domain know-how to successfully lead, engage and influence colleagues in a matrixed and fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
Strong problem solver with ability to lead a cross-functional team to push the solution and progress
Applied knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling methods
Excellent communication and training skills
Nice to haves: NVIDIA Triton; Experience with self-supervised learning; Experience with edge-based inferencing; Experience training/fine-tuning Large Language Models
