Business Development Rep

• Direct Market Penetration (Core Task): A successful launch requires noise. You will be on the front lines, spending about 70% of your time on the phone contacting potential clients, presenting our value proposition, and booking meetings.
• Feedback Loop: Because you speak directly to customers every day, you will relay critical market feedback to our product team.
• Campaign Execution: You will take our marketing messages and deliver them personally to key decision-makers across the DACH region.
• Be the Voice of the Brand: You will run a high-volume outreach campaign, primarily contacting prospective clients by phone to generate interest and schedule demos.
• Drive the Go-To-Market Strategy: You will bridge the gap between marketing and sales—taking marketing leads and following up with personal, direct engagement to convert interest into action.
• Relationship Building: You will nurture relationships with early adopters, managing the pipeline from the first "hello" on the phone to the final handshake (virtual or in-person).
• Event & Digital Support: Assist in organizing webinars, local events, and online campaigns to support your outreach efforts.
