About the role

  • Responsible for the entire training management lifecycle
  • Collaborate with external training providers and adapt and further develop concepts to meet specific needs
  • Design learning journeys and a holistic experience strategy across individual training offerings
  • Develop and implement modern, digital, and hybrid learning formats (e-learning, blended learning, microlearning)
  • Ensure a positive learner experience across all learning processes
  • Design and deliver selected training programs
  • Analyze learning needs and derive appropriate measures
  • Monitor and report on learning activities and continuously optimize processes
  • Act as a sparring partner and advisor for internal stakeholders at EMEA level

Requirements

  • University degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training
  • Experience and knowledge of digital learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Experience in strategic design and implementation
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for innovations in learning design
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
