About the role
- Responsible for the entire training management lifecycle
- Collaborate with external training providers and adapt and further develop concepts to meet specific needs
- Design learning journeys and a holistic experience strategy across individual training offerings
- Develop and implement modern, digital, and hybrid learning formats (e-learning, blended learning, microlearning)
- Ensure a positive learner experience across all learning processes
- Design and deliver selected training programs
- Analyze learning needs and derive appropriate measures
- Monitor and report on learning activities and continuously optimize processes
- Act as a sparring partner and advisor for internal stakeholders at EMEA level
Requirements
- University degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training
- Experience and knowledge of digital learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
- Experience in strategic design and implementation
- Creativity and enthusiasm for innovations in learning design
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of stakeholder management
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
