About the role
- Independently advise business units on talent acquisition matters
- Act as the central point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Identify hiring needs and contribute to budget planning for new hires
- Create compelling job postings and coordinate applicant management
- Active sourcing and close cooperation with external recruitment agencies
- Prepare reports and analyze key recruiting metrics
- Support recruitment events and represent Arthrex at career fairs
- Contribute to talent acquisition projects and concepts
- Mentor new team members
Requirements
- University degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience with proven success in personnel consulting and in-house recruiting
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Professional and confident manner
- Strong service orientation and high organizational competence
- Structured, reliable and results-oriented working style
- Knowledge of standard HR processes
