About the role
- Responsible for leading the team in meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory
- Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships
- Communicate with customer accounts regarding product updates and educational programs
- Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies
- Create and submit team quotas to executive sales leadership
- Establish and nurture relationships with residency and fellowship programs
- Identify new prospects' needs and develop appropriate responses
- Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions
- Lead by example and demonstrate proper time and sales initiative use
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency and manage responsibilities under strict deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of orthopedic experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be comfortable in open operating room environments
- Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it specifically relates to Arthrex
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Current driver’s license
- Access to your own transportation
