About the role
- Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements
- Maintain calendars and professionally prepare documents, presentations, and reports
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners
- Draft and review correspondence in German and English
- Welcome and assist visitors
- Organize Medical Education programs and events
- Support internal processes and compliance documentation
- Process expense reports and prepare budget overviews
Requirements
- Experience in an assistant role or a comparable position
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal German and English skills
- Proficient with MS Office and digital tools
- Discretion, initiative, and a structured way of working
- Team-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Experience in a medical or healthcare environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of compliance and event organization is preferred
