About the role
- Manage market demand plans, analyse trends, and incorporate commercial inputs to improve forecast accuracy.
- Support sales with tools and insights and regularly review parameters to enhance performance.
- Plan inventory levels to ensure product availability, address supply risks, and maintain strong communication with the global supply chain team.
- Monitor inventory and safety stock to reduce excess and obsolescence risk.
- Collaborate with product teams on phase-in and phase-out planning.
- Prepare materials and lead S&OP meetings to align demand forecasts with financial plans.
- Track and present monthly KPIs, recommend actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning or related roles
- Background in the medical device industry and end-to-end supply chain operations (preferred)
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills (preferred)
- Power BI an advantage.
- Good written and oral English language communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate and partner well within a group environment across functions and geographical regions.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
