About the role
- Ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience within the Arthrex Experience (AX) visit programs at the EMEA headquarters in Munich
- Building scalable processes, tools and KPIs for visitor organization and resource planning
- Acting as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding appointment coordination, logistics and quality assurance
- Continually improving visit processes through feedback management and data analysis
- Providing personal support to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and delegations throughout the entire visit lifecycle
- Organizing and evaluating visit feedback and deriving optimization measures
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in event/project management, business administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in operational coordination, event logistics, or process management, including experience with CRM systems, planning tools, and report creation
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team
- Analytical thinking for process optimization
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
