About the role

  • Ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience within the Arthrex Experience (AX) visit programs at the EMEA headquarters in Munich
  • Building scalable processes, tools and KPIs for visitor organization and resource planning
  • Acting as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding appointment coordination, logistics and quality assurance
  • Continually improving visit processes through feedback management and data analysis
  • Providing personal support to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and delegations throughout the entire visit lifecycle
  • Organizing and evaluating visit feedback and deriving optimization measures

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in event/project management, business administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in operational coordination, event logistics, or process management, including experience with CRM systems, planning tools, and report creation
  • Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team
  • Analytical thinking for process optimization
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
