About the role

  • Hunter/Farmer: Hunter (UHNW, HNW, private clients)
  • You have long-standing client relationships and clients personally trust you.
  • You understand your clients' financial objectives and develop tailored investment strategies that meet client needs while seeking the highest possible returns at an acceptable level of risk.

Requirements

  • You hold a banking-specific qualification, a relevant degree, or an equivalent qualification — or you possess equivalent professional experience.
  • You enjoy working in a medium-sized wealth management firm with fast decision-making and straightforward processes.
  • You have 10+ years of dedicated experience serving wealthy private clients (UHNWI or HNWI) in a national or international environment.
  • You have long-standing personal relationships and/or an active client book (from a volume of €40–50 million).
  • You are a networker and communicator who enjoys establishing new contacts and developing relationships.
  • You possess the necessary interpersonal sensitivity, skill, tact and the perseverance required for the role.
  • You inspire your clients with bespoke investment concepts.
  • Your proven success is based on intensive personal and professional contacts with wealthy private clients.
  • You are a highly motivated, results-oriented team player with a convincing personality who identifies with the role.
