Requirements

6+ years of experience in software engineering; Strong preference for React, Typescript, Node.js and Postgres SQL
3+ year managing, coaching and developing agile software engineering teams in a SaaS environment.
A champion for modern AI tooling and process improvements.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to remain effective and lead teams through evolving project scopes and organizational changes.
Ability to work from one of our hiring hubs with minimal travel requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
