Accounting Manager

• Own the revenue recognition schedule across SaaS subscriptions, usage-based fees, and professional services
• Review customer contracts to determine treatment for multiple performance obligations
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions to automate invoicing, reconciliations, and revenue recognition workflows
• Oversee NetSuite invoicing for recurring and usage-based billing
• Execute month-end close for revenue accounts
• Serve as the technical accounting point of contact for Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and FP&A
• Develop ASC 606 policies and SOX-compliant documentation for revenue, billing, and order-to-cash
• Collaborate with IT, RevOps, and Engineering on NetSuite enhancements
