About the role

  • About Us: Artera is an AI startup that develops medical artificial intelligence tests to personalize therapy for cancer patients. Artera is on a mission to personalize medical decisions for patients and physicians on a global scale. Artera is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to fill the role of marketing manager for our Urologic Oncology solutions. In this position you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our organization with responsibility for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement, education, and adoption of our products within the urologic oncology space, with a critical focus on sales conversion. This role works closely with Product, Medical, Sales, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations teams to understand market dynamics, develop a voice of customer, manage product launches, and ensure consistent messaging that will support field efforts, customer experience, market development, and content execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 3-7 years of experience in marketing medtech, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical products to health systems and healthcare providers, preferably in the urology or oncology space. Demonstrable experience building creative and impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and/or sales conversion. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, with demonstrable ability to achieve results, hold vendors accountable, and manage shifting priorities.
