• We staff teams of strategy consultants to deliver impact through bespoke innovation, sales and marketing strategy, purpose-driven transformation, and embedded strategy and operations roles.
• This role is for an Engagement Manager (equivalent to McKinsey Engagement Manager/BCG Project Leader/Bain Manager) to lead due diligence and risk assessment for small business investments.
• Year-long remote project with potential up to two 12-month extensions.
• Tasks: analyze financials, market trends, management teams, compliance, and risks; provide comprehensive reports with ratings and recommendations; maintain confidentiality, quality control, and compliance with small business regulations.
• Engagement model: initially independent contractor for discrete client projects with potential to move to permanent employment after successful projects.
