About the role
- Apply business process reengineering methodologies to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and improve efficiency.
- Develop implementation checklists, execution trackers, and process improvement plans.
- Support coordination of organizational changes and facilitate cross-functional integration across VHACO and VISNs.
- Monitor progress toward Full Operating Capability (FOC), track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- 6 years of relevant experience, including managing and supporting analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide healthcare processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related program, such business administration, engineering, or healthcare administration.
- Consulting experience supporting large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
