Customer Support

• manage a customer portfolio building close working relationships to understand and meet their needs
• oversee the entire order-to-cash (O2C) process in a SAP environment
• ensure timely and accurate order entry
• coordinate logistics and ensure all (export) documentation is in place
• ensure accurate pricing and on-time invoicing
• act as the Single Point of Contact for the customer regarding orders, logistics and documentation
• ensure seamless communication and collaboration with customers
• liaise between the customer, production plant, and logistics service provider
• proactively resolve issues related to orders and deliveries and keep customers informed
