  • Ongoing follow-up sequences
  • Handover of qualified leads for final proposal creation
  • Upsells (larger groups, add-on services, premium packages)

  • Ideas for new outreach angles and messaging
  • Measure and optimize conversion rates

Requirements

  • A sales-driven personality with a true focus on closing deals
  • Experience in B2B sales (events, HR services, hospitality, services, or similar)
  • German at native/C1 level
  • Very good English skills
  • Confident in telephone sales with German companies
  • Available in the German time zone (CET)
  • Highly structured, self-driven, goal-oriented
  • High output for outbound activities
  • Enjoy building clean databases and processes
