About the role
- Prospecting & Research
- Identify new corporate clients in Munich and surrounding areas
- Research HR departments, office managers, team leads
- Build high-quality contact lists
- Outbound acquisition
- Cold outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email
- Initial contact, qualification, and appointment setting
- Develop outreach sequences and campaigns
- Pipeline building & database maintenance
- Build a complete company and contact database
- Structured maintenance of all leads and touchpoints
- Establish a transparent outbound funnel (Notion/CRM)
- Ongoing follow-up sequences
- Handover of qualified leads for final proposal creation
- Upsells (larger groups, add-on services, premium packages)
- Campaign work
- Push seasonal campaigns (Christmas, Q1 kick-off, summer events)
- Ideas for new outreach angles and messaging
- Measure and optimize conversion rates
Requirements
- A sales-driven personality with a true focus on closing deals
- Experience in B2B sales (events, HR services, hospitality, services, or similar)
- German at native/C1 level
- Very good English skills
- Confident in telephone sales with German companies
- Available in the German time zone (CET)
- Highly structured, self-driven, goal-oriented
- High output for outbound activities
- Enjoy building clean databases and processes
