  • Identification of new corporate clients in Munich and surrounding areas
  • Research of HR departments, office managers, team leads
  • Building high-quality contact lists
  • Outbound acquisition
  • Cold outreach via phone, LinkedIn and email
  • Initial approach, qualification and scheduling of meetings
  • Development of outreach sequences and campaigns
  • Pipeline building & database maintenance
  • Structured maintenance of all leads and touchpoints
  • Building a transparent outbound funnel (Notion/CRM)
  • Follow-ups & pre-closing
  • Ongoing follow-up sequences
  • Handover of qualified leads for final proposal creation
  • Upsells (larger groups, add-on services, premium packages)
  • Campaign work
  • Pushing seasonal campaigns (Christmas, Q1 kick-off, summer parties)
  • Ideas for new outreach angles and messaging
  • Measuring and optimizing conversion rates

Requirements

  • A sales-driven personality with a true closing mindset
  • Experience in B2B sales (events, HR services, hospitality, services or similar)
  • German at native/C1 level
  • Very good English skills
  • Confident in telephone sales with German companies
  • Available in German time zone (CET)
  • Highly structured, self-driven, target-oriented
  • High activity level in outbound efforts
  • Enjoys building clean databases and processes
