About the role
- Prospecting & Research
- Identification of new corporate clients in Munich and surrounding areas
- Research of HR departments, office managers, team leads
- Building high-quality contact lists
- Outbound acquisition
- Cold outreach via phone, LinkedIn and email
- Initial approach, qualification and scheduling of meetings
- Development of outreach sequences and campaigns
- Pipeline building & database maintenance
- Structured maintenance of all leads and touchpoints
- Building a transparent outbound funnel (Notion/CRM)
- Follow-ups & pre-closing
- Ongoing follow-up sequences
- Handover of qualified leads for final proposal creation
- Upsells (larger groups, add-on services, premium packages)
- Campaign work
- Pushing seasonal campaigns (Christmas, Q1 kick-off, summer parties)
- Ideas for new outreach angles and messaging
- Measuring and optimizing conversion rates
Requirements
- A sales-driven personality with a true closing mindset
- Experience in B2B sales (events, HR services, hospitality, services or similar)
- German at native/C1 level
- Very good English skills
- Confident in telephone sales with German companies
- Available in German time zone (CET)
- Highly structured, self-driven, target-oriented
- High activity level in outbound efforts
- Enjoys building clean databases and processes
