About the role
- End-to-end recruiting for specialist and leadership positions
- Advising and sparring with hiring managers
- Active sourcing and direct candidate outreach

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with agency background
- Strong expertise in active sourcing
- Experience with ATS and modern recruiting tools
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Structured, independent working style
- Very good German language skills; English is an advantage
- Nice to have: experience recruiting in occupational health/medical fields, experience building scalable recruiting structures, knowledge of employer branding or recruiting marketing, affinity for KPIs and data-driven recruiting, initial leadership experience
