Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with agency background

  • Structured, independent working style
  • Very good German language skills; English is an advantage
  • Nice to have: experience recruiting in occupational health/medical fields, experience building scalable recruiting structures, knowledge of employer branding or recruiting marketing, affinity for KPIs and data-driven recruiting, initial leadership experience
