• Own and manage end-to-end recruiting processes for our subsidiaries within the Arsipa Group
• Design recruiting processes for occupational health and related operational roles
• Clarify requirements with hiring managers and define sourcing strategies
• Ensure structured selection processes and optimize the candidate experience
• Identify and engage talent through relevant channels
• Build sustainable talent pools and maintain relationships with candidates
• Advise hiring managers and internal stakeholders and manage external recruiting partners
• Analyze recruiting metrics and derive improvements

Junior Talent Acquisition Partner – Berlin

General

• Strategic and operational responsibility for all company acquisitions in close collaboration with the M&A team, the Head of M&A and the managing directors (CEO and CFO)
• Identification and proactive outreach to potential acquisition targets, particularly in the Health & Safety sector
• Conduct company valuations, develop transaction structures, and prepare and negotiate offers and contractual documents
• Independently manage and execute buy-side transactions, including coordination of all involved stakeholders and external advisors, supervision of relevant due diligence areas and negotiation of purchase agreements
