About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage end-to-end recruiting processes for our subsidiaries within the Arsipa Group
  • Design recruiting processes for occupational health and related operational roles
  • Clarify requirements with hiring managers and define sourcing strategies
  • Ensure structured selection processes and optimize the candidate experience
  • Identify and engage talent through relevant channels
  • Build sustainable talent pools and maintain relationships with candidates
  • Advise hiring managers and internal stakeholders and manage external recruiting partners
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and derive improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally with a focus on volume recruiting or go-to-market (GTM) roles
  • Strong expertise in active sourcing and targeted direct outreach
  • Comfortable working with ATSs, modern recruiting tools, AI applications, and well-crafted prompts
  • Excellent advisory skills when working with hiring managers, executive leadership, and internal stakeholders
  • Confident communication in German; English skills are a plus
  • Experience recruiting for GTM roles, occupational medicine/company doctor positions, Health & Safety, healthcare, or comparable fields
  • Experience building scalable recruiting structures in a growing organization
