About the role
- Prepare quotations, pricing received from customers within the committed timeline
- Responsible for filling the order re: MOQ/MPQ/LT pricing and part numbers.
- May also be responsible for changes, advice change of pricing and handle quality issues, customer payment issue.
- Responsible for handling quality issues on claims and/or may be responsible for processing claim.
- Relationship building with customers i.e. Initiate discussions on possible business opportunities.
- May handle requests for sample.
- May provide administrative support to Field Sales, when requested
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a sales role or have worked in a customer service role gained from the electronics component or high technology industry
- Excellent communication skills (clarity, organized way of thinking)
- Good time management skills (works well under pressure)
- Good English both in speaking and writing
- Good Microsoft office skills, especially good at Excel
- Aggressive, independent, proactive, hard-working, service oriented and well-organized
