About the role
- Responsible for leading the delivery of sales results from direct reports.
- Manage Team: Recruit, hire and train sales staff.
- Develop customer, supplier and vendor relationships.
- Lead the execution of sales plans for team members and own account plan.
- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team.
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.
Requirements
- Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
