About the role
- Managing inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations through effective utilization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Maintaining smooth receiving workflows, ensuring stock integrity, reviewing inventory issues, recalls (SSP - Stop Ship Purge).
- Providing timely communication to internal teams.
- Supporting operational organization and execution regarding inbound and outbound scheduling for deliveries and customer shipments.
- Directing and coordinating the movement of inbound, outbound freight movement.
- Supporting unloading and loading of trucks.
- Moving assets/materials safely using power industrial trucks.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and resolve issues promptly.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in inventory data and documentation.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and correct inventory discrepancies.
