About the role
- Through primarily telephone interaction, support an account portfolio of valued customers.
- Quote Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure registered pricing is reflected in quotes.
- Systematically manage own assigned portfolio related to sales and account administration.
- Understand the Distributor Total Available Market (DTAM) and coordinate with internal corporate resource groups for customer satisfaction.
- Identify new sales opportunities by providing quotes, technical support, and data sheets.
- Maintain accounts by providing customer service on orders and managing various tasks.
Requirements
- Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2–4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
- Must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).
- Entry level often for those with work experience in the skill area.
- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
- Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions.
