About the role
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives
- Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports on account status
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Continually refine excellent knowledge of company's products and capabilities
- Work closely with sales team and other departments and develop new business with existing clients
Requirements
- At least 5 years commercial sales experience in IT market
- Capacity to manage small team
- You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located
- You should have successfully completed your Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field education
- Business fluency in English and Italian
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Establish) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Willingness to travel to client’s offices in region
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker who brings something new to the table and is not afraid to share those ideas.
