About the role

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports on account status
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Continually refine excellent knowledge of company's products and capabilities
  • Work closely with sales team and other departments and develop new business with existing clients

Requirements

  • At least 5 years commercial sales experience in IT market
  • Capacity to manage small team
  • You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located
  • You should have successfully completed your Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field education
  • Business fluency in English and Italian
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Establish) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Willingness to travel to client’s offices in region
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker who brings something new to the table and is not afraid to share those ideas.
