About the role

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
  • Become an expert on Arrive, our story, and the competitive advantages we offer as an employer for experienced logistics talent.
  • Build and manage a specialized pipeline for all roles that require previous experience in logistics.
  • Find talent! Proactively identify candidates with the ideal candidate profile by using creativity and a variety of sourcing tools such as our ATS System (Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals and more.
  • Cultivate the candidate experience! Build relationships with candidates through various resources, educate them on the opportunity, and champion them through the interview process.
  • Utilize strong qualifying skills over the phone to ensure candidates are a good match for the position and Arrive culture.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly metrics including call counts, conversion rate targets, and hiring goals.
  • Partner with department leaders across the business to understand their hiring needs, the goals of their department, and the experience level they are looking for.
  • Establish and maintain a communication cadence with the Employee Success team to evaluate hiring quality and make adjustments to recruiting efforts as needed.
  • Establish and maintain a communication cadence with the Compensation and Benefits teams to ensure alignment on all compensation & benefits items as they relate to your requisitions.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, review their feedback and make recommendations as needed.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the employee agreements in our industry and partner with our Legal team to navigate agreement complexities as needed.
  • Report directly to the Specialized Talent Acquisition Manager and partner on the development of all mode growth recruitment strategies.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 3+ years of experience working in the logistics industry, with an in-depth knowledge of industry-specific positions
  • A proven work ethic and ability to work flexible hours when needed.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills. You are skilled and can be trusted with communicating to upper management and senior leadership
  • You take initiative and drive various projects, tasks, and responsibilities on the team
  • Ability to get things done in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
