About the role

  • Outbound prospecting to generate new business high quality meetings for your sales partners through a variety of channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Focus on direct to consumer, fintech, and neobank verticals.
  • Self-source prospects for outreach through research, networking, and other channels.
  • Meet specific KPIs for cold calls, email outreach and most importantly conversations.
  • Qualify prospects and uncover their business needs while sharing Array value.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute prospecting strategies.
  • Manage, document, and plan all activity with proficiency in Salesforce and Gong.
  • Collaborate with leadership to share market feedback, set strategy, prioritize industry segmentation, compose messaging and give closed loop feedback on what’s working and what’s not working.
  • Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR with cold calling KPIs.
  • Exceptional qualification skills and emotional intelligence on cold calls.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presence on LinkedIn and experience identifying leads, communicating with prospects, commenting and engaging on the platform.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate meetings for your AEs through relentless, thoughtful, and quality prospecting.
  • Proficiency in tech stack tools: Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Chat GPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team; especially with account executives.
  • Knowledge of the financial technology (Fintech) industry is a plus.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.
