About the role
- Responsible for project planning and delivery, including managing multiple concurrent complex projects, collaborating within and across departments to flawlessly execute against projects, processes, and high priority projects for a technology platform that securely collects and shares financial health data.
- Monitor performance metrics to understand where roadblocks or bottlenecks exist for delivery teams, identify delivery risks early, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Work with important partners to develop a clear understanding of a business need, define the project goals, and ensure understanding of strategic goals.
- Drive process improvement and work with the delivery team on deliverable tracking and impediments or delays.
- Manage multiple partners, aligning on common goals and communicating risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Twelve (12) months of experience in job offered, technical project management, or related occupation.
- In lieu of a bachelor’s plus 12 months of experience, the company will accept three (3) years of experience in job offered, technical project management, or related occupation.
- Any amount of experience in additional requirements section below will be acceptable unless specific amount is noted. All experience must be concurrent.
- Additional requirements: Prior academic background or work experience must include experience in all of the following:
- At least 12 months of experience managing multiple technical and concurrent projects, including working toward project dependencies and within a software development environment or hardware implementation cycle.
- At least 12 months of experience in project or program management, requirements definition, or deployment of business requirements to information systems.
- Experience with software development processes, Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodology practices, and components of software release process, including development, documentation, and quality assurance.
- Experience with technical concepts, architectures, APIs, financial technology or embedded finance products, and fintech software tools, workflows or platforms.
