About the role

  • Act as a true brand ambassador
  • Provide close, hands-on support to the stores in your district (4 boutiques)
  • Ensure the commercial momentum defined by the regional manager
  • Monitor and grow sales revenue
  • Ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives
  • Implement action plans
  • Lead, develop and motivate field teams
  • Coordinate sales force activities
  • Serve as the interface between field teams and regional managers
  • Maintain a strong in-store presence
  • Greet, advise and process customer purchases when needed
  • Support Store Managers in developing their teams
  • Manage HR contracts and staff movements
  • Oversee onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure correct application of communicated HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Education in business/commerce
  • 5 to 7 years of team management experience in the retail sector
  • At least 5 years as a Store Manager in a high-traffic store
  • Knowledge of cosmetic and/or organic products is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of retail operations: customer advising, reporting, KPIs, stock management
  • Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office)
  • Familiarity with POS systems (ideally Cegid)
  • Fluent French
  • Bilingual Italian would be a strong plus
