About the role

  • Lead and manage all store activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Handle sales transactions and payment processing
  • Maintain store standards: merchandising, restocking, organization, cleanliness
  • Lead, organize, and motivate teams
  • Provide continuous training to staff
  • Ensure compliance with and monitoring of procedures
  • Manage store, workshop, checkout, and stock teams in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Oversee and manage operational organization from store opening to closing
  • Ensure the point-of-sale system is up to date
  • Ensure proper cash handling and compliance of bank deposits

Requirements

  • Commercial/business education
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in retail (high-traffic store)
  • Knowledge of cosmetics and/or organic products is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken French
  • Good spoken English
  • Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office) and POS systems (ideally Cegid)
  • Hands-on orientation, strong service and commercial sense
  • Ability to manage peak traffic periods and stressful situations
  • Excellent customer relations and coaching skills
  • Team spirit, autonomy, diplomacy, and ability to prioritize
  • Versatile, dynamic, operational, and business-oriented
