About the role
- Oversee and manage all store activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage operational processes from store opening to closing
- Maintain store standards (merchandising, restocking, etc.)
- Lead, organize and motivate the team
- Provide ongoing staff training

Requirements
- Degree in business or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of retail experience in a high-traffic store
- Knowledge of cosmetic and/or organic products is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken French
- Good spoken English
- Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office) and POS systems (ideally Cegid)
- Hands-on, service-oriented and commercially minded
- Ability to manage peak traffic periods and handle stressful or tense situations
- Excellent customer relations and customer service skills
- Team-oriented, autonomous, diplomatic, able to prioritize
- Versatile, dynamic, operational, business-focused, results-driven and skilled in team coordination
